Photo Usage for Wedding Suppliers

If we’ve worked together at a wedding and you’re interested in using some of my images in your marketing, this is the info you need!

I’m ALWAYS happy to share images from weddings with suppliers.

But there are a few things that you need to know so that it’s a win-win for both of us.

Like me, you pour loads of time and creativity into each wedding to make sure every one of your couples has an amazing experience, so I know that’ll you’ll want to showcase all your amazing work to shout about what you do.

My photos can help you to do this and I see it as part of giving back and building relationships within our industry to share my photos freely with you.

However, a professional photographer, there are boundaries that must be respected so that my work is not taken for granted.

COPYRIGHT

I retain the copyright of my images. My couples have a personal use license which excludes commercial use. If you’d like to use my images, you must have permission from me as the photographer.

PHOTO USAGE

You can choose between free or paid options.

PAID Commercial Photo Usage

If you want to use the images in print or advertising or if you want to use the images online without having to credit me as the photographer the cost is £300 per image.

FREE Photo Usage

If you want content for social media, blogs or your websites or online, all I ask is that you

1) Place a linked credit on the page on which the image used

2) Do not edit the image in any way (apart from cropping if necessary)

Send me a message and, as long as the couple is happy for you to use the images, I will let you make your selection of images from the gallery without charge providing you agree you follow conditions 1 and 2 as set out above.

Usage in brochures or printed materials

Image credit must be given on the page that the photo is printed (Photo by Nathan Walker Photography).
