Umbrellas, vodka shots (polish tradition) and going beyond the wall with Lucy and Rich, were just a few of the things that made wedding photography at Cockliffe Country House an unforgettable experience!

Cockliffe Country House is a cool 17th-century farmhouse in Nottinghamshire and it’s an ideal venue for wedding photography. I love the French inspired architecture and that it’s on the edge of a country park.

My favourite photo from their Cockliffe Country House wedding has to be the reaction of Lucy’s bridesmaids- they just loose it when they see her in her dress! Check out their amazed faces, even their hands look amazed. How excited are you to see your bridesmaids to the same on your wedding day?

One other highlight was venturing beyond the walls of the venue for our second and final mini portrait shoot of the day. When I did a reckie at the venue earlier in the year, I noticed there was a way into the edge of a corn field and I knew it would make the perfect location for my couple to grab a little downtime before heading back to the party. It was worth the adventure and Lucy and Rich loved the photos one even featured on their thank you card to me : )
